Fall Gentle Yoga Classes at Pilates Plus Wellness  
Mondays and Wednesdays 10 to 11am


Explore a blend of gentle postures and mindful stretching for flexibility, increased range of motion and relaxation.  This class is a great compliment to you current routine and excellent recovery option.  Sessions begin and end with breath awareness and relaxation.   Open to all levels including beginners and as well as seasoned practitioners. Props provided.  Yoga mat and blanket recommended.
