 Monday Gentle Yoga: 10:00 

Enjoy gentle stretching, restorative postures and relaxation techniques. This class offers a wonderful way to gently encourage flexibility and relaxation. Monday Yoga Basics 7:30 

Explore free from movement, basic breath linked postures,  core conditioning, stretching and guided meditation. This class is great for seasoned practitioners or beginners.   Props provided.
