Fall Gentle Yoga Classes at Pilates Plus Wellness  
Mondays and Wednesdays 10 to 11am


Explore a blend of gentle postures and mindful stretching for flexibility, increased range of motion and relaxation.  This class is a great compliment to you current routine and excellent recovery option.  Sessions begin and end with breath awareness and relaxation.   Open to all levels including beginners and as well as seasoned practitioners. Props provided.  Yoga mat and blanket recommended.

Summer YOGA RETREAT


YOGA RETREAT-RIDE THE YOGA WAVE!


Get ready to ride the Yoga wave! This retreat will offer the opportunity to experience a mini paddle board Yoga class in conjunction with the Retreat! If paddle board Yoga is not for you…no problem, enjoy an afternoon of Yoga.

ENJOY YOGA outside under the covered Herrington Bay Pavilion, just steps away from the beach overlooking the Chesapeake Bay! 

Yoga sessions will include 3 mini sessions offering an exploration of the fluid, wave-like qualities in the practice of the Vinyasa style of Yoga, connecting those qualities to the body and the breath with instructor Cathy Valentine. Listen to the talented Yogi twins…music by DJ Yogi Fareed and live drums by Kaleo while you practice.  The  retreat will end with a 30 minute bowl meditation/relaxation with Cristal Toribio.  


Cristal will also be leading the paddle board Yoga. Your 45 minute session will give you just enough time to get you on your board and give you that experience of Yoga on the Waves!  

A scrumptious BBQ dinner, complete with all the fixings, will be crowning the day! 





PLEASE NOTE: The Yoga paddle board session is $35 in addition to the Retreat price. Paddle board sessions are not offered separately, only in combination with the Retreat. Registration is required by Sunday, July 26. Maximum of 16 students for the paddle board session. Sign up early!

Yoga and Paddle Boarding

All levels welcome.  Cost per person per session: $45 includes board rental and instruction.  Classes offered select Saturdays at 8am in Indian Head, Maryland 6/27, 7/18 and 8/15. Pilates and Paddle Boarding 

This class offers a blend of paddle board basics, core conditioning and basic Pilates Mat postures. Cost per person per session: $45 includes board rental and instruction.  Classes offered select Saturdays at 10 am in Indian Head, Maryland 6/27, 7/18 and 8/15. Weekday Paddle Series 

 Why wait for the weekend to play?  Enjoy an evening of paddle boarding and yoga Weds 5pm. 2 sessions (7/8 to 7/22 and 7/29 to 8/12) Cost per person per session is $90 and includes board rental. Beginner Yoga & Paddle Boarding:  This class teaches the basics of paddle board basics with a simple yoga postures.  Great for new boarders!  Cost per session: $45 includes board rental and instruction.

Yoga & Paddle Boarding: Group classes offer a unique experience for you to enjoy paddle boarding and yoga.  Explore a blend of fun yoga poses while paddle boarding. Open to all levels!  Classes also include meditation and breath awareness.

SUP Individual & Group Instruction: Have a group and date in mind for yoga and paddle boarding?  Enjoy a session catered to your needs and ability. Sessions are available by appointment 8am or 5:30pm Fri, Sat or Sundays from Memorial Day through September. Cost; $55 includes board rental and instruction.

Jetti Arts Studio Art Reception


Visit Jetti Arts Studio on Saturday, October 5th from 3 to 5pm to celebrate creative expression with exhibiting artist, Cristal Toribio. Experience art inspired by nature and light refreshments.  Make a day of it and enjoy Annual Harvest Fest with events, vendors and food. 



Jetti Arts studio is located in North Beach between Beauty by the Bay and the Kettle Corn Shop at 9106 Chesapeake Ave North Beach, MD.
